Chrysalis Faedore, anybody remember her? - Guild Wars Forums

She was an NPC (i assume...) that came about just before EotN was released. A Female Warrior, she would show up in different outposts and towns over tyria and give foreshadowing into EotN...She acted like an NPC but i never heard anything about her anywhere online and even now when i google her name there are 3 results and none of them seem to have anything to do with Guild Wars.
i think the whole thing lasted several days, but its been a while and the only reason i bring it up is because i was looking at my friends list and shes still there...never online though.

Maybe it was an ANET admin/GM roleplaying to give some info about EoTN and the like. SOE did that stuff in EverQuest 2 once or twice.

Never heard of any NPC like that. If you have the name on your friend list you would never see that name online. For example, if you tried to PM Mad King Thorn, he would appear offline.

That's right, I've tried it.

LOL Actually Mad King Thorn is a "real" account. I added him to my friends list years ago. Last year at Halloween he was on-line and playing in the Costume Brawl. His team was fighting against my team (he was using a different char).... When I mentioned that he was Mad King (and no one believed me, I told them to add Mad King their friends list..they did and we were all kidding about how he prolly had uber leet skillz) ..he got kinda pissy. LOL He then proceeded to whoop our asses in the most horrible fashion.

I can't remember what other names are registered to that account...and I haven't seen anyone on-line in months now, though.

Its just that its possible to make characters with the same name as the nPC.s

Actually Brother Mhenlo is a friend of mine. He uses guru too. Not gonna give any more info, only that it's hilarious when he logs on, because heaps of pre-searing people ask him for help.
